It is a special product developed to protect clothes, curtains, furniture fabrics, soft toys, military uniforms and outdoor equipment (such as tents, sleeping bags, etc.) from mosquito bites, and has relatively lasting mosquito prevention performance.

It has no effect effect on fabric color;
It has no effect on the washing color fastness of fabrics;
It can reduce mosquito bites on treated fabrics.

Application methods:
The product can be used by various methods such as padding, exhaustion dyeing, spraying, coating and foaming, etc. It can also be locally treated by spraying, etc., which can more effectively reduce mosquito landing, biting and blood sucking.
In order to obtain ideal mosquito repellent effect, the dosage of JYK PL-100 on the fabric should be 2-3% weight ratio to fabric. If good washing resistance is obtained, the fastness accelerator JYK FIX-ET of 1-3% weight ratio of the fabric should be used.
Test methods:
At present, the anti-mosquito performance can be tested according to GB/T 30126-2013 "Methods for Detection and Evaluation of Anti-mosquito Performance of Textiles".
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. High temperature stability: In order to obtain better treatment effect, it is recommended to set the treated fabric twice, and the finishing should be carried out in the second setting. Generally, the temperature is about 150℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 180℃.
