Anti-UV finishing agent JYK UV-Z

Product overview:
The anti-ultraviolet finishing agent JYK UV-Z is a kind of anti-ultraviolet processing agent which can be used in various natural fiber and synthetic fiber fabrics and their blended fabrics. The fabrics treated by this product have good anti-ultraviolet effect.
Product character:
It has little effect on the color of fabric;
It can be widely used, suitable for most textile fabrics;
Good washing resistance can be obtained by selecting appropriate auxiliary agents.
Product performance:
Appearance: Light white liquid              

Ionicity: Non/anionic
pH: Near neutral                                   

 Solubility: Dispersible in water
Ingredients: Mixture of nano metal compounds
Application methods:
1. Impregnation method:
JYK UV-Z recommended dosage: 2-3% weight ratio to fabric;
Impregnation temperature: 40-50 ℃; Impregnation time: 30-45min; Drying: 130-150℃.
2. Padding method:
JYK UV-Z recommended dosage: 30-50 g/L; Rolling rate: 80-100%.
Fabric → dyeing → washing with water (soaping) → drying → soaking in UV-Z → drying ( at 150-180℃).
Precautions:
1. Appropriate softener can be added to improve hand feeling;
2. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
3. The product may appear delamination and sedimentation after being placed for a long time. It is recommended to fully stir and mix this product before use.
Packing:
20 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
