Fluorescence Eliminating Agent JYK FRR-310

Product overview:

The product absorbs light to inhibit the fluorescent whitening agent on chemical fiber, cotton fabric and paper products, so that the treated fabric no longer produces fluorescence, and is a fluorescent remover of fluorescent whitening agent on textiles.

Product character:

The product is convenient to use;

It can effectively inhibit the fluorescence of fluorescent whitening agent on textiles.

Product performance:

Appearance: Light yellow liquid      

Ionicity: Weak cationic

pH:8-11      

Density: 1.0-1.1 g/cm3

Viscosity: Less than 100 cps      

Solubility: Soluble in water

Application methods:

The dosage of the product needs to be adjusted according to the different conditions such as the amount of fluorescent whitening agent on the fabric and the treatment temperature. Generally, the recommended dosage is 0.5-2% weight ratio to fabric.

1. Padding method:

Suggested process: padding → drying.

2. Impregnation method:

Suggested process: fabric → dipping (dipping evenly at 40-50℃ for  15-30 minutes)

The dehydration (reclaiming the thrown solution and adding it into the impregnation tank) → drying.

Precautions:

1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;

2. The specific dosage of the product needs to be pre-tested, and then mass production will be carried out after the determination is qualified;

3. According to different treatment conditions, the influence of color of the fabric to be treated needs to be tested in small samples to verify its applicability.

Packing:

25 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.

Storage:

Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;

It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
