Antibacterial polyester DTY is a yarn made of polyester antibacterial masterbatch (MB-AM PET) and polyester chips after being blended evenly and then spun.

Product character:
1. Stable spinnability: The antibacterial components in the selected polyester antibacterial masterbatch (MB-AM PET) are high temperature resistant organic compounds, which can melt at high temperature without blocking spinning components, and can produce filament products with extremely fine monofilament fineness, such as 75D/144F DTY;
2. Good antibacterial property: The selected polyester antibacterial masterbatch (MB-AM PET) has good antibacterial property, and when the addition amount is 1.5-2% (weight ratio to fiber), it has obvious antibacterial effect;
3. Durable washing resistance: The antibacterial agent in the fiber is evenly distributed in the fiber in molecular state, and the antibacterial agent molecules will slowly dissolve out to the surface of polyester filament fiber during use. Even in the post-processing process, after many processes such as pretreatment, dyeing and post-treatment, the antibacterial agent cannot leave the parent polyester filament, so it has lasting washing resistance;
4. It has good dyeability: the antibacterial agent is a non-ionic component, and it will not affect the dyeing performance of polyester filament when added to it;
5. Broad-spectrum and durable antibacterial property: The antibacterial active components in antibacterial polyester filament are evenly distributed and embedded in the cross section of fiber, which can effectively inhibit the excessive reproduction of bacteria, thus effectively inhibiting the generation of peculiar smell on textiles.
