Anti-mite and antimicrobial nylon masterbatch JYK MB-AMB PA6 is made by fully dispersive processing of anti-mite and antimicrobial agent and PA6 slice. When it is blended with PA6 slice, nylon fiber with good anti-mite and antimicrobial properties can be produced.

Product character:

● The color of the product is light, which has less impact on the color and appearance of the produced anti-mite and antibacterial nylon fiber/yarn;

● Melting point and characteristic viscosity are lower than ordinary PA6, with good blending and dispersibility;

● In the whole spinning cycle process, it is not easy to plug the spinning component, which can improve product quality and production rate and reduce production costs;

● When adding 5-6% (to fiber weight ratio), good dust mite repellent rate and excellent antibacterial performance can be achieved;

● The anti-mite and antimicrobial nylon fiber/yarn produced has excellent washable resistance;

● More types of spinnable fibers: short fiber, filament FDY, ITY and island , polyester and tapestry composite microfiber products.It is more suitable for the production of high F-number yarn;

● The anti-mite and antimicrobial nylon fiber produced can still achieve good anti-mite and antimicrobial properties when used at a ratio of 30-40% (to fiber weight ratio).

Precautions:

1. In order to give full play to the anti-mosquito properties of anti-mosquito fiber/yarn, it is recommended to adopt the skin-core composite spinning process and place the anti-mite and anti-bacterial masterbatch in the cortex when trial-producing anti-mite and anti-bacterial nylon yarn/fiber;

2. In the short fiber production process, if the amount of silicone oil in the oil agent is too high, it may affect the access performance, which requires production, the amount of silicone oil added to be adjusted;

3. The production of anti-mite antibacterial nylon fiber/yarn in the post-processing process, mixed with other fibers, according to the final product dust mite repellent rate and antibacterial properties to determine.

Storage:
